That is like 911 survivors, or any survivor of a tragic event showing up on her show instead of 60 minutes, or any news channel to tell their story. To me that is so disrespectful treating that horrific event as if it was a joke. +1. This makes me furious as to how this whole thing has been handled. People are dead and we have NO answers. NONE.

Humans can do unexpected things. He probably was just internally screwed up. With human nature, not everything is a conspiracy.
