That strikes me as a rather curious thing to say; after all, she did get a fair percentage of that vote. What it reveals is that she considered white men a political enemy to be crushed, not to be cultivated, and it is a sign of the sort of hostile, revenge-minded campaign run by herself and her campaign staff, and a sign of what sort of administration she had planned. This is simply an ugly human being who thoroughly deserved to lose.
