Unfortunately that jackwad won't. I'm sure the state of Hawaii knows who all the corrupt players are that helped hide zer0bama's corrupt foreign-born Hawaiian BC, including many of the leaders of the republican party.
The sad truth is, if the state of Hawaii goes down for that corruption, so does many of the DC swamp, including republicans. The swamp needs drained bigly!
