I watch that as well. I was sad to learn of Bob Evans passing this summer. You'll recall he was the older gent who had a disabled daughter from a car accident.
AWR is nothing but a swamp, frozen solid for much of year,
mosquito infested bog in the summer.
Maybe should send these idiots to live there for a while ...
Derelict bulldozers everywhere.
“This is exactly the kind of polarizing politics we need to get away from giveaways to big oil and billionaires at the expense of the American people and our planet”
Okay, what is drilling in Alaska doing to the planet? He made the comment, but never gave an example.
I’ve been to the higher source of the pipeline near Fairbanks, and listened to talks on the subject. The only thing they could come up with was the caribou. And how it was cutting them off from their migration so they were killing calves. Funny thing is, during the winter months when it is cold and the calving is done, the line has heaters in it and the cows are calving right next to the pipeline. And the mortality rate is getting less as more calves are surviving. So much for that lie. And as for the companies getting rich on it, a vast majority of it is flagged at Valdez and sold and shipped to Japan for them to refine it and we buy it back at a loss to save Japans destroyed economy. So much for that lie.
This guy is a broken record. All he is is a diversion to try to keep people upset so they can go after bigger fish. If the conservatives would look them right in the eye on national television and just say “prove it,” it would look like an old road runner cartoon with the puffs of smoke where the libs were equal to the amount of them that were just there. The conservative need to grow a pair.

Well said...I’ve seen photos of caribou calving under the pipeline and in no way does it interfere with their migrations.
The Repubs have to start confronting the enviro-nazi loving Rats and pin them down, unfortunately while not admitting it I believe some of them support the Rats on this.
“some of them support the Rats on this.”
I’m, not sure they support them. But they feel they need them to keep their job. It has been the same for each side to try to ride in on the white horse and save the taxpayers from the other side. This is how they justify their work by not accomplishing anything so they can continue it to pacify the public.
When you look at what was accomplished during the Obama administration with all the feel good programs, can we say DACA, even to the point of challenging the current administration’s Constitutional laws with “threats” of states seceding from the union and challenging with, “so called,” sanctuary cities defying the laws of the nation, and not one person being arrested for aiding and abetting federal trespass, and you can even see how the topics of unrest are selected.
The only difference this time, is they have, for the first time since T Roosevelt, a president that won’t take no for an answer and will say something to anybody that wants to play the game. Thus he is being portrayed as riding a black horse. So did a lot of cowboys.

Thanks! LOL.
As far as the Caribou; they hide under the modules to get some relief. I, personally nearly got run over by about a dozen Caribou startled by my presence. (I was more startled than they were.) You mostly live in full rain gear.
In winter, you fight the cold and the nearly incessant wind, along with the darkness.
PS; It's been a few years, but if I dig, I can find pictures I took of the Caribou under the mods.
I think these "Native leaders" are afraid of losing control over the local population. If the people people start making a living, the "leaders" will be out of work. BTW Dementieffs are out of Nenana, several hundred miles south of ANWr.
