Former Vice President Joe Biden honored McCain by speaking at the event and shared that not only were the two of them close, but their families were close as well.
"I can think of no better description for the man we're honoring tonight," Biden said, praising McCain's "courage and loyalty."

“nationalism”, a.k.a., patriotism, is now somehow unpatriotic? In other words, Senator, loving your country and wanting to defend it is “unpatriotic.”?

How I would loved to have seen her in the federal government. She is smart, beautiful and well-spoken.
Perhaps family circumstances prevented that (her son, Todd's accident), but she is a beautiful patriot. Sarah, FR will always have your back! :)
