When that recording is mentioned by the left, the conservative counterpart NEVER brings that up. They concede — usually by silence — that “Trump said he” did whatever. Last night on Jeanine Pirro, Dan Bongino didn’t speak up when smarmy Christopher Hahn accused Trump of saying he had done that to women. Makes me so angry!
This is exactly what she expects when you make this argument no matter how correct it is. Now, we are into "comparing" and this ensures Trump will be part of that comparison. This is the tactic and it works every time, unfortunately.
Here’s my take on the Trump tape. I am the nicest guy in the world....if I do say so myself I married my high school sweetheart. I’ve been a gentlemen my whole life. With that said, have I ever said ‘the equivalent’ of what Trump said when I’m hanging out with the guys on a Friday night. Absolutely. And, you know what else? Most people probably have talked like that and I include women too. It’s called letting off steam...being silly....taking the edge off. ...whatever. It’s not a serious comment. It’s just letting loose.
On the flip side, if there was a recording of me being crass I would be very uncomfortable as would most of us. I view the Trump tape in this light....unless other information presents itself.
As for Weinstein and Clinton, other information has presented itself. Those two are dirt bags.
