Unfortunately her “Parents” probably murdered the child and used the “We put her outside at 3AM for not drinking her milk” as a sham excuse..she most likely was killed way before that time and they dumped her body somewhere..such a beautiful child

Caring for a “ failure to thrive” adopted child is extremely frustrating
