It’s been reported that the payoffs were paid by his company, TWC. The accountants could have labeled any which way to satisfy the IRS. Oh, and don’t forget that this was Obama’s IRS.

I had heard that, too, but I had also heard that he paid from his own pocket.

I'm wondering... if the company paid it, it's not a shareholder misappropriation of funds issue because it's a private company?
