Wow, talk about abuse of power by those what may be withholding supplies.........what a horrible thing to do.....Are you nuts? THAT is why we give billions of dollars every year to so called “victims”. The Gov. buys the stuff so the vendors make big bucks,the Red Cross, Unicef, or whoever gets OUR donations and the Third World supports their friends, army or family. Then they bitch we didn’t do enough. Hell, the Clinton Foundation would have gone bust in the “Haiti Crisis”, otherwise!
