Whose children are these? Are their parents involved. Do they ever know?
Perverts abound. There are apparently who have distorted or no morals. Pathetic.
Sometimes the parents are the perps.
Other times the Parents refuse to listen, and it reaches a point where if the parent is finally forced (by any means) to acknowledge what has happened they will react by blaming the child.
There are times when the children are afraid for their families.
Many of these children are too young to speak.
