I disagree because to the extent that he uncovers information and makes it public, surely that enables others to bring lawsuits where they see merit.
Who would have standing? One has to show injury or prospective loss. The reason I am down on these three is due to their lack of persuasion. Everything they’ve got has been unearthed by others and has been known for many months. They’re getting nowhere.
Gohmert is a good guy but he’s known about this for weeks now, yet acts like he’s’shocked’. He’s playing for his constituents which is fine but still no score. Plus he’s an outcast to the establishment schmucks.
So no progress here.
I know what the end goal is but first let’s hear it from others.
