This not “a mistake”.

This was someone who believed in communist ideology and hated America.

This is someone who should never have been allowed into West Point.

his admission sows distrust in the ranks and had to be intentional. Admissions departments built classes each year. Letting these types in seems designed to break unit cohesion.

Just finished reading his letter in an email. Totally heartbreaking and infuriating...but not surprising. The Gramscian Blob continues to slouch its way through our institutions, eating out their cores, leaving only veneers to attest to their former existence.

I see this letter being written and published as a direct result of the leadership of President Trump.

No such letter would have been written under a President Hillary.

What an appaling letter! It appears the entire Academy has lost it's way and cast off over 200 years of military tradition. standards, and discipline in favor of a sickening and malevolent breakdown in vision and command.

I wonder if the same moral and military sickness has also infected the other Service Academies? I am aware of numerous anecdotal reports it likely has - and the political correctness and moral collapse now pervading our society, our government, and our culture is the probable cause.

An example of the current moral sickness is the fact the recently apponted Commandant of Cadets at the Air Force Academy is an open lesbian, living with her "wife" and child in an open relationship and nobody seems to care - in fact it is an accepted and even celebrated state of affairs. If the very top levels of the command structure can't maintain their moral compasses and adhere to proper personal and military standards, how can they expect the cadets to do so?

(I say this not as a disinterested observer but as an Academy graduate with decades of military service)

General Mark A. Milley

Milley is a great guy; briefed him a few times and he is by far the best since Reimer in my opinion. He likes to get s*** done and does not tolerate excuses and definitely holds people accountable. If the boss has his back, I would expect him to crack down on this, but understand as Chief, his priorities are set by the executive.

Twinkle toes Mattis.

I don’t know. When it comes to readiness I don’t think he’ll mess around. He knows that these graduates will have the lives of others in their hands and when he gets wind of this I think he’ll do something about it. He has made some corrections to the rules of engagement and after retiring he drove home to Washington state.

from article:

“The route he chose was dictated by the Gold Star Mothers he had to visit along the way,” says his longtime friend, retired Marine Maj. Gen. Michael Ennis, who first met Mattis in 1972, when they were both new officers. “He spent almost two weeks on that cross-country drive, zig-zagging to get to as many as he could to personally talk to them.”

“He personally wrote hand-written notes to every parent whose son or daughter was killed under his command,” said Ennis. “He cares deeply. He also works very hard to keep his Marines from being killed unnecessarily.”

“Ennis described Mattis, who is a contender to be Donald Trump’s pick for secretary of defense, as a “classic warrior” who “fights to win.”

The LBGT infiltration has to be cleaned out with the least amount of dollar loss and going to court may take longer for all. I am sure he is getting good legal advice about what to do while thinking of building up the military again. Especially morale. When I think of the DOD I can hear Eastwood in Heartbreak Ridge saying to the commander that it was a cluster #^&*(.

I’d read LTC Heffington’s sworn statement of his interactions with Cadet Rapone and could not believe the disrespect and the outright contempt Rapone had shown to a commissioned officer.

Trump needs to go up there and light a fire under these perfumed princes. As in “drain that swamp”, and get rid of its vile creatures, starting with the superintendent.

From the top down. NOW!

I think changing the curriculum from an engineering based to a liberal arts based may be a factor too. Of course we all know “Math is hard” for some people.
