Different one. This instance the kid that died had a BAC of .495 (NOT a typo), according to a local news station in Dallas/Ft. Worth area. At .445 people die. It takes a lot to get to that level.
By coincidence, on the TV series "Bull" last night, this is exactly what it was about. Maybe it wasn't a coincidence.
