Maybe the Girl Scout should start their own Eagle curriculum for Girl Scouts..

Is the leadership that bad in the Girl Scouts where they can not come up with their own Eagle curriculum..?

Actually, the Girl Scouts do offer something analogous to Eagle Scout. It's called the Gold Award.

In any case, it seems like both the BS & GS are going down the road of political correctness, social liberalism, gender neutrality, etc. The likely outcome is the accelerating decline and irrelevancy of both organizations. Sad.
