This incident is probably going to generate even more “theories” than the assassination of JFK. The “grassy knoll” was probably the most egregious of those conspiracy scenarios, and has even less credence that a second shooter from a different location at Mandalay Bay.
How would the “second shooter” have gotten out when police had already swarmed the location from where the shots were fired? One possibility is that the escape was not down to the ground, but UP, remaining hidden for several hours or even a couple days, then simply walking out.
