He sure as hell is no Rehnquist. (Rehnquist was a member of my church. Never saw him there. Wish I did so I could have thanked him.)
Rehnquist voted against the reduction in the sweeping power of the RICO Act.
His explanation was “This law is not TOO unconstitutional!”. My husband actually heard him say this on TV years ago.
Rehnquist took an oath to support and defend the Constitution, and then knowingly voted against it.
