This should read, “Iran attempted to buy nuclear weapons technology illegally 32 times” because President Obama’s Iran Agreement explicitly allowed and even encouraged Iran to procure dual use and gray area nuclear weapons technology and obligated the United States to provide such technology and hardware when requested by Iran.

There is not much in the way of nuclear weapons technology that the Obama Iran Nuclear Framework prevented Iran from acquiring so they must be actively trying to get their hands on very sensitive weapons grade technology.
