Frankly, I find these weird celebrations of prison rape disturbing in and of themselves. This should be something that we don’t want happening.

I agree. It’s really weird to “wish” rape on men in prison.
Prison rape is a problem, not a solution.
Those who see it as a form of justice are ignoring that God is the righteous judge who will repay every one of us for our deeds.
And not realizing this may give some a false sense of security. Just because a person is not a child molester does not mean the person is good in God’s eyes.
