You know- NY passed an unconstitutional ‘imminent need’ ‘safe act’ claiming they were soooo concerned about the ‘potential of people dying by the gun due to large ammo clips and ‘military style looks’ (whatever the hell that means) that they had to act immediately in order to stop those deaths- Yet here we have California doing away with a law that was meant to protect people from getting a deadly disease? Citizens should bring this case to the supreme court to have them overturn the new law claiming ‘imminent need’ just like NY did
Usually when a democrat pushes a bill, it represents something personal, some kind of gain or profit, or some favor for a friend, family member, group, donors or supporters. The guy from SF is an open gay; don’t know about the guy from San Diego. What is the personal benefit here for both?
