Not really. We are not multicultural. We are multiethnic with one culture. It is just that so many refuse to assimilate into our American culture. I love cooking foods from numerous cultures, but I am not a multicultural cook. I am an American cooking ethnic foods.

Upon further review, fungi. I do prefer the term “multi-ethnic.” Let’s phase that in. The filthy hippies can keep “multi-culturalism.”
