A video shows Stephen Paddock driving to an area near his home where locals go to practice shooting, a law-enforcement official said
To shake loose more leads, the Federal Bureau of Investigation announced plans Friday to erect billboards in the Las Vegas area asking for tips as investigators seek to understand why Paddock fired down onto a crowd of thousands of concert-goers.
