They don’t punish actual harmful acts, but they want to punish “reading the wrong websites.”

I understand that what people read - jihadist sites, ISIS sites, etc. - can affect actions. However, Britain doesn’t punish actions.

Why is this any different than the USSR? The West won the Cold War, just so that we could become just like those we defeated.
