That was LaBianca...Leno LaBianca who was stabbed with a fork and was left there on his stomach. I think it happen the day after Sharon & the others were murdered.

Not feeling very well and I really don’t have the energy to look up the history although if I had slept a night and not considering divorcing, I would certainly do so. :)

I just watched that scene on TNT.
It's been heavily re-dubbed, and Han still shoots first.
In this most recent cut, the bounty hunter indicates that he's going to kill Han - like Han is “wanted dead or alive” - then Han shoots first.
I can't recall if that clear and present threat to Han's life was in the original film or not.
