Appreciate your comments and don’t disagree with any point you’ve made. By the way, have you read the book entitled Weak Link: The Feminization of The American Military?
Thank you for your comments and I’m glad that you generally agree. I have not yet read that book. I probably won’t. . .I’ve watched it before my eyes. We also need books on the feminization of business, of sports, of education of govt. ..etc. ad infinitum.
It’s not that femininity is bad, far from it. But imposing it inappropriately in spheres where it is doomed to fail is idiotic. Now we have people trying to say that “businesses” are like “family”. No, they’re not. I would gladly forfeit my life for any one of my children, but not for a colleague. Big difference.
That doesn’t mean that there is no place for femininity in business, only that it should not dominate and undermine successful activities. I have an article on my blog: Feminimism and the Patriarchy Crutch.
