“Southwest is grossly overrated as an airline.”
On Nov. 7th (and a handful of other days each month from November through February), one can fly with 2 bags, pretty much their choice of seats, and free non-alcoholic drinks and snacks for $38 from Houston to Los Angeles (one way).
You guys are welcome to call them ‘grossly overrated’, but until Singapore Airlines or Emirates starts flying that route, for that price, I’ll stick with Southwest...especially compared to our other airline here in Houston - which is United.

Very economical. But are there really only two domestic airlines flying into Houston?
