Little problem with the First Amendment, although I’m sure this was shoved in the “public accommodation” type statutes, which the government essentially argues is immune from constitutional challenges, since you always have the “freedom” to stop doing business if you want your free speech.

Yeah, just like the bakery...

In other words, if I open any kind of shop that deals with “the public” or sells any good or service on a retail basis, I am a de jure slave of whichever demented and hateful member of an aggrieved class of “special” persons darkens the door of my establishment.

Pass.

It says CONGRESS shall make no laws. Doesn’t say California. That will be their defense. Our side should start using it. If we had anyone in Washington on our side.
