The Las Vegas gunman was allergic to certain chemicals and medications and often wore gardening gloves around so he wouldnt get rashes, his brother said Wednesday.
(snip)
It also emerged Wednesday that Paddock was prescribed 50 10-milligram tablets of diazepam commonly called Valium on June 21 by Dr. Steven Winkler, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Doesn't work, the Hotel knew who was in that room. His name was even on the bottom of his room service receipt. We are led to believe that after shooting up the concert for the next two hours he was going to pack up his 17 registered traceable guns like nothing happened and walk them out to his car for the getaway? If the Authorities are sticking with this “he was planning on getting away” narrative then he truly was insane.
If only he had those silencers Cancklebeast talked about he could have gotten away with it. LOL
Not sure who is reporting that but I haven’t heard it.
Who reported that about prozac?
Valium isn’t an antidepressant anyway and can be used for treating spasm not just anxiety. Apparently he was prescribed it twice last year and this June ...low dosage too.
Anyway, allergies and an occasional Valium is hardly triggers.
Brother said he was allergic to most meds.
I don’t believe anything Marilou says and even then the “screaming and moaning” was in the media about what she supposedly said to the FBI. Seems like people are really reaching for some motive.
His preference for self administrated medications? Plural? Huh?
Two prescriptions filled in two years of low dosage Valium?
ok.
Was there Valium in his system? Last RX was in June.
Understand but nothing that has been leaked yet to say Paddock had a pill addiction. Only filled two RX , one last year, one this June. Now with his money he could have bought hundreds of pills or any drug illegally.
More like the toxicology report will tell us about whether he was on any drug legal or illegal. Usually it takes up to 6 weeks to get that report back, but. maybe they can put a rush on his tox report. Still will take a few weeks.
in the few pics we’ve seen of this guy he didn’t have gloves on in any of them.
Average lifespan in the early to mid 1800s was 37.
Read up on the flu epidemic of 1918 ... the people hit worst were the ones in the prime of life, 20s and 30s.
Have they ever said where the car with the explosives was parked? Was it within sight of his hotel windows?
“when I read The Los Angeles Times. If I didnt, I would get a rash on my hands”
Maybe you were allergic to bullshit?
Yeah, his planes and training along with flight plans should reveal some info. On the other hand they might lead down another rabbit hole.
“a skin allergy could explain the moaning and screaming in bed.”
I’m not on the bandwagon to accept his “wife” or “girlfriend’s” word on anything. He’s not here to accept or deny any of her statements. We can’t be sure whether or not he actually sent her on a visit to her homeland, or if she actually asked to go. Something not adding up about her at all.
Where is the note?
Some of those that woke up and did PT were dead by noon. Many more were dead by Taps (lights out). 80% fatality rate. Many thought it was the end of the world. Scary ass hell IMHO!
I take the flu shot religiously so if I do get the flu, at least I have some immunity and have a better likelihood of NOT ending up on a ventilator.
My anti-seizure medication can also be prescribed for bipolar disorder.
I told my husband yesterday that the shooter looked very familiar—like someone who was involved in a high profile terrorist attack or plane crash or something from the 80s. Husband woke up this morning and thinks the same thing. I don’t know what the event was. I was a teenager through most of the 80s, so my exposure to world events was limited. But the guy looks so familiar.
I’ve got some pretty rough skin allergies. As certain times of the year, my hands crack and bleed. Screaming and moaning in bed is not one of the symptoms.
What I really hate is when my fingertips crack, cause then it gets hard to post scintillating news and opinions (always the right ones) on FR because it hurts to type.
Many of them didn't.
Life expectancy for most of that century was under 40.
