Four days after Sundays shooting in Las Vegas, a California man has refused to leave. According to CNN News, his dog ran off amid the chaos and the gunfire and he was determined to find her. Little Rou was back in her owners arms, after being lost for days. We saw her run by as we were talking, and
I had jumped over the fence, just kind of running from people, but as soon as I was calling her, I kneeled down, and she ran straight to me and jumped into my arms,

He is a keeper. . .but here’s the latest. The school needed a substitute so I tried for 30 minutes to get him in his pen but having been unsuccessful had to leave him running after me. (I live in the country). Honestly, I think he can run at least 40 miles an hour :) I immediately called a friend who only today gave me the low down on how it took her three hours to get him in the pen. She even called back-up. I had no idea.
Yes. He went virtually everywhere with us. Even to political rallies. The last one was when Romney and Ryan came to Jacksonville. He went to church with us and was disciplined enough that he did not bark when it was not appropriate. In recollection, he never really barked except at door bells.
If necessary, we had things called doggles that had UV protection for his eyes. He was a very special little guy.
He sounds like a live wire. The image of him chasing you is priceless. He finally got his special person, and he wasn’t going to let her get away.
:)
"... DAMMIT! YOU NEVER LEAVE A MAN BEHIND!"
I have a rescue dog, half American Staffordshire Terrier, quarter Lab, eighth Golden, and eighth Cocker Spaniel. One of the two greatest dogs I’ve ever had, the other being my Great Dane. Anyway, the AST cross is twelve and a half years old and still in good health. Great dog; nobody could do better.
I loved my AKC breed dogs, and miss them now they are gone. But I love my mutts just as much. They are good dogs too. I’m not an AKC supremacist. Lol.
We have a therapy horse in our neighborhood. Actually a miniature horse.
>> subject their dog to a Country Western Outdoor Rock Concert
I had a deaf white cat I would take to fireworks displays. She didn’t turn a hair.
+1
He knelt down, not kneeled.
I have a therapy armchair.
I also have a therapy Bald Headed Mouse, take em with me every where I go.
