I’m not saying they won’t do it, but I don’t see legally how they can.

ATF declared the bump stock as a “firearm part” and not a “firearm” so it doesn’t fall under the NFA or GCA.

But I’ll bet they find or create a loophole and declare it a firearm.

Oh yeah...drain the swamp. Fire every last one of the GOPe dirt bags. I’ve had it with those guys.

Huh? ATF puts out regulations. Congress makes laws. Whatever ATF (or any agency says), Congress can easily pass a law saying the exact opposite, and guess what?

It's like you at work: as a manager you tell your local team that you're running the business a certain way. Then the CEO or owner comes in and says nope, do it this way. You certainly won't be doing it your way anymore!
