Most of these mass shootings ave arisen since the marketing of psychoactive drugs in the '70s. Penetrating observations, yes; but in-depth publicly accessible studies, no.

I have heard that one of the biggest but hidden statistics is the number suicides of practicing psychiatrists, FWIW.

The tanks were in a radically different direction from the concert ground and much farther away. The hits on the tank were intentional, but the attacker was probably not very technically inclined and was ignorant about what it takes to light it up (more heat or a little more heat along with more kinetic energy for atomization).
