even being read by the DemocRATicly controlled State Senate !]]
In the dead of night, with NO presentation to the public before it was passed- NY claimed an ‘imminent need’ after sandy hook shooting to get it passed without the people voting on it- claimed it was to ‘prevent loss of life due to military style features on guns’- billed it ass an ‘emergency measure’ to ‘prevent loss of life’
And the damned courts upheld it too
