Of course none of us will ever buy another Kellogg product. And I say good riddance to their sugar-laden phony food:

I’m certain the biggest donor was the US government! Obama orchestrated “the resistance.”

The laws respecting charitable foundations should be revised:
1) Income on foundation investments should be subject to tax after 5 years of the establishments of the foundation.
2) After 25 years the foundation should be liquidated or completely lose its tax exempt and non profit status. Contributions to the foundation will no longer be tax deductible.
3) Salaries, administration, and overhead costs should be limited to no more than 5% of annual disbursements or the foundation loses its tax exempt status.
4) The administrators cannot change the mission and stated objectives of the foundation at its founding. If the mission and goals are revised the foundation loses its tax exempt status. This will prevent liberal administrators from coopting foundations and redirecting the money to leftist social activist causes. In the 1950’s the administrators of the Carnegie Foundation, established to build and support libraries in the US, changed the mission of the foundation to end the support of libraries and instead support global social justice causes.
