Yes, targeting a country music concert would almost have to rule out a conservative shooter and would very much suggest anti-patriotic, anti-nationalistic motives. That has to be the operating assumption.
He cased out a rap festival the previous weekend. I think he decided that going down as a racist mass murderer wasn’t PC, so he did the country festival instead.
This is interesting though I admit I don’t know what to make of it.
