If it has been retracted for errors, I would want it removed here.
Don’t know how to get that done, but it certainly has my blessing if it is removed.
You are right:
“Newsweek has retracted its story that reviewed the public records of Marilou Danley, the girlfriend of Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock.
The initial report was based on many public records, but included an error that came to light after publication when a family member came forward.”

Thanks for those links-—I was out all morning and missed those.
.
Well, this just keeps evolving. I hope at some point it all makes sense.
If I knew how to contact Admin to get this one removed I would do it.
Newsweek admits a problem, Conservative Treehouse was referencing their article.
“Well, this just keeps evolving. I hope at some point it all makes sense.”
I’m so old I just hope that I’m still around to see it.:-)

I’m there with you. Turn 70 before year end.
at the presser yesterday, the sheriff described 3 cameras - 2 were focused on the elevators which are at the end of a longgggg hallway. One was glued to the peep-hole for closeup of the immediate exterior of the door. So, it appears that all the cameras were focused on the exterior area, not the interior. (isis lied again)
here’s the fox news article:

“an error” ???
“an” usually means ‘one’
so why did they retract it instead of just issuing the usual correction in fine print?
I guess they did not want to show how stupid their mistake was.
“would at least well explain why he dragged so many gunz to the Suite.”
We don’t know that he dragged guns” to the suite; the guns may have been left there for him to use when he got there. It’s been reported that the CEO of Mandalay bay is alt-left activist, and supports Antifa and CAIR. Employees say they were told to donate money to CAIR. Obviously, a CEO has unrestricted access to any part of a hotel.
Having this weapons incident occur on Trump’s watch can cause serious chaos and problems for our President.
obviously, Newsweek reads FreeRepublic ;)
there would also be video on the gopros or whatever generic he used to wifi to his computer or phone inside the room
Now it turns out Newsweek got the story wrong - she wasn’t married to two men at the same time. She might have a lawsuit against them.
Look at this new video from LiveLeak. You can see the reports that the windows actually will open 4-6 inches is accurate as some within the first ten floors are slightly open.
A glazer posted on 4chan that it’s 800 pound hurricane glass on the outside with tempered glass inside. Should have been shattered glass all over the floor.

I’m looking at a still of mark 1:46. The shooter was wearing a tan suedey kind of jacket/shirt and black pants and had sparse light hair. I can’t get the still big enough to tell if the man in the window is wearing the same without everything going washed out. Anybody?
she’s a busy gal (so much for ‘he got me a cheap ticket to see my family’)

for the timeline:
“During her divorce, Marilou Danley listed a downtown Reno unit at the Montage on Sierra Street as her address. At the time, the unit was owned by shooting suspect Stephen Paddock. Court records indicated that she started living at the address in August 2013. Paddock sold the condominium in December 2016.”
“Residents of Reno’s Somersett neighborhood said the couple also lived in a tan and brown home there on Del Webb Parkway.
Property records listed Paddock as the owner of the house since June 2013.”
