Mike Pence's chief of staff Nick Ayers on Tuesday pushed wealthy donors to unite against Republicans in Congress who oppose Donald Trump's agenda, advising them to "purge" the small contingent of GOP leaders impeding the implementation of the president's campaign promises.
According to an audio recording of the event obtained by Politico, Ayers departed from Mike Pence's generally conciliatory public tone at a closed-door Republican National Committee event at the St. Regis Hotel in Washington, and urged a more aggressive funding strategy.
“Just imagine the possibilities of what can happen if our entire party unifies behind him?" Ayers told donors. "If — and this sounds crass — we can purge the handful of people who continue to work to defeat him."

That's a great point. Very early on I was a Cruz loyalist but President Trump proved to me that he is the right President to help save this Republic.
Obama and Clinton had a very loyal DNC. We have GOP RINO schmucks and the nasty NeverTrumpers to contend with.

This purge will be used to purge tea party conservatives.
The voters need to take care of this in the primaries
Pence is not our friend, sorry to say. He is establishment with a mild Christian veneer.
I won’t support any effort which does not have the support of folks like Sens. Lee, Paul and Roy Moore.
Right now Ryan and McConnell control the assignments and those assignments are controlled by who brings the money, period. Once their hold of money goes soft, so does their power hold.
I think that purging “Republicans who won’t unite behind Trump” is a FANTASTIC idea!

My first thought is that Ayers is implying,
“Um, my direct boss doesn’t have 1/100th the charisma or fortitude of HIS boss, so he doesn’t stand a chance in hell of handling these guys when it’s his turn to run. Could you please deal with them before then?”
Regardless, the enemy is the enemy, and it’s not certainly not a small contingent. They have my blessing to purge away through any and all means necessary.
The Republican Party must purge itself of all RINOs. Otherwise, it will deservedly be destroyed.
I don’t trust Pence either but I don’t think Trump would let them attack people who would actually back his agenda. We need to get rid of the RINOs and Trump knows that. Pence Might very well be one of them, but he will tow the line as long as Trump is watching.

That’s what I don’t understand about the GOPe. They hate principled conservatives but rally behind gutless, cynical establishment types.
However, where Trump is concerned, they suddenly find principles and scruples and all mannner of standards we’ve never seen before.
I should think the cynical GOPe politicians of low, animal cunning would seize up on Trump’s victory, back him, mimic him, and ride his coat-tails to thundering victories of their own.
But...no. Trump isn’t a member of their wolfish pack. So anything he does, however right, must be wrong, And be opposed to him, besides.
Pence was the RINO brought in to “balance” the ticket with President Trump.
The POTUS is surrounded by RINO’s directing him down dead ends like supporting Luther Strange in the recent primary elections in Alabama.
Yes, time to get rid of Ryan, McConnell, McCain, Lyn’ Ted, Murkowski, Collins, Flake, Heller, and every one of the NeverTrumpers.
I think he should call Steve Bannon and team up.
