This story will never be fully known by the general public, just like most all the other mass shootings.
One day we may find clear evidence of CIA involvement or Saudi money. We may find out how they select who will be their fall guy. Is that person then trained, indoctrinated, even brainwashed, then sent back into the community waiting for that unspoken order to act?
This goes back years. That student who killed people at the Batman premiere while he was dressed as The Joker, what really happened there? Did it have anything to do with who his father was? Everyone has stopped asking questions.

Sirhan Sirhan is a good example of programming with some kind of triggering signal to activate and do the dirty deed.
Sandy Hook also comes to mind.
There are so many instances where it applies.
