I don’t lean towards conspiracy theories, but this horrific act stands out as Very Odd.

Why did he choose a venue where there would be mostly
“flyover country” citizens and not a place where a more amorphous group would be?
Why did he choose to shoot when the gathering was known to be its largest? (Do psychotic episodes take place only when a group of “hicks” is at its largest?)
Does a psychotic episode set up cameras to see when the police are coming?
