The home he had in Melbourne was purchased April 2013 for $10 from a developer. They were expanding in the community, Heritage Isle, and perhaps title was transferred after construction. The house was sold May 2015 for $250,000. The closing deed doc was signed by Paddock in Reno, NV.
Heritage Isle is very close to me and today I saw 4 sheriff cars and about a dozen media vans. I'm sure the sheriff officers were trying to keep the media vultures out of the gated community.
