Yes, but it's inconclusive. The guy in the first pic has his eyes closed and looks drunk, whereas the guy in the other pics appears wide awake and sober, so it's hard to compare them.

Look at the crease in his cheek - his left cheek which is on our right. Compare by looking quickly back and forth at the two photos. Identical.
