LOL — Plea deals in lieu of likely not guilty verdicts? I guess it’s too much for the government PERSecutors to simply arrive at a decision to dismiss the charges.

This trial is still insane. It's almost like the government is utterly in the wrong and trying to hem and haw and find any way possible to prevent a real Not Guilty verdict from preventing further prosecution.

Yes, but I think it is worse. They began weaponizing the Judicial system during the Obozo Regime.
Same thing that was done in Waco at the Twin Peaks shooting cases. That one is still in limbo with the same problems. Lawlessness by the Prosecutors and Judges.
This is a model they have been working on. Using latest database tracking of cell phones and every other conceivable method known to man.
If you aren’t guilty of anything criminal, they will deem you to be.

I'd actually point to Weaver and the Davidians as some of the more visible examples of the weaponization of the legal system. (Note "Justice" has nothing whatsoever to do with the modern American legal system). I would say that you can trace much of this evil back to the founding of the FBI. The corpse has been rotting a long time.
