That is part of the Syrian Kurd connection. I’ve seen elements supporting them. The PKK did have that background in the distant past.
I’m still scratching my head how they (PKK) could have financed an armed insurrection so many years. I’ve heard accusations of fringe drug trafficking, not sure I buy that.
I know some of the Syrian Kurds very well. Good people. There are some taboo subjects they are not allowed to talk about. I’m sure our Special Ops understand totally, their comfort level both ways is excellent.

Unfortunately, most advocates of Catalonian independence are Pro-EU. They want independence from Spain, not a break with the European Union (much like the advocates of Scottish independence in the UK). It basically makes their so-called nationalism meaningless.

The referendum in Catalonia and the Spanish government’s (and the EU’s) reaction to it, seen along side a total lack of concern about the Muslim invasion, reveal as nothing else can the agenda of the global elites.
