Where’s all the money you have earned in your life? Back into the economy, right. Back into roads, bridges, travel, etc. How do you get it back?
Another notion, not mine, is that since the national debt is primarily money we owe to ourselves, we should just write it off.
I don’t think the debt is owed to the American people, but to the people who lent the money. I think what she is saying is, since the gov’t is in that much debt, just make a digital adjustment and wipe it out. But maybe I’m not understanding it completely.
We owe trillions to China. We can’t write that off.
