What an idiot.
Kill an eagle, you’re in trouble. Kill a human before it is born—no problem.
Now if he’d done it with his windmill, it would be okay. He’d probably get an energy credit.
Getting caught by the fuzz with even a feather will land you in the klink.
If he had a wind generator, he would get production tax credits.
Chopped up eagles are free.
Blast from far past:
Hillary shows up to somewhere.
Lib lady wants to amaze Killary, gives her an Indian Dream-Catcher she made with an eagle feather SHE FOUND.
Lady got charged with a FELONY..!!!
100% true story, can u beat that..?
Old buzzard must have had a hatred for birds — like the SC guy’s hatred for snakes...

“Lady got charged with a FELONY..!!!

Absolutely factual.
OTOH, a whole bunch of women own eagle feathers in the reserve near me, and the Nazi Interior Dept won’t go after these Anishinabe women because they’ll be shot dead. And the US Interior Nazi pigs know that.
If they are Indians they can legally own eagle feathers, talons, etc.
I can see someone considering killing an eagle if it was attacking livestock, but why in the heck would anyone kill a vulture?
They’re harmless and they are the janitors of the avian world... they keep us from having stinky roadkill carcasses and flies everywhere.
For that matter, bald eagles more often than not prefer carrion, too, compared to other birds of prey.

Lampasas County Man Indicted in Deaths of Bald Eagles, Vultures
Faces Additional Charges for Allegedly Killing Vultures
AUSTIN A Lampasas County grand jury has returned an indictment against a Bend, Texas, man on two counts of killing bald eagles, a protected non-game animal. Jackie Brister, 82, also faces additional charges alleging he captured and killed numerous other non-game birds, including black vultures and turkey vultures.
Texas game wardens launched an initial investigation after responding to a call regarding a wounded bald eagle discovered near Bend on Jan. 11, 2017; the bird did not survive. Working in collaboration with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, wardens determined the eagle had been shot by a rifle. Further investigation uncovered evidence of additional taking of protected non-game animals.
With help from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Departments Criminal Investigations Division and the Lampasas County Sheriffs Office, cases were made and filed with the Lampasas County District Attorneys Office.
In addition to citations for the taking of a state threatened species and non-game birds, Class C misdemeanors punishable by fines of $25-$500 for each case, Brister also faces a Class A misdemeanor violation for hunting without landowner consent. That charge carries a possible fine of $500-$4,000 and/or up to a one year state jail term. Brister could also face civil restitution for the eagles in an amount to be determined exceeding $10,000 each.

Brister has many acres of land there so don’t know what got into his head.
But did it tastes like chicken??
Perfect.
Isn’t the old punchline ‘it tasted somewhere between California Condor and Spotted Owl’ ?
“If they are Indians they can legally own eagle feathers, talons, etc.”
Try going thru a tribal enrollment to prove who is and who is not an “Indian.” There’s plenty of “Indians” not properly enrolled according to the bought and paid for Interior Department tribal council.
Now, go send your Interior Dept. Gestapo to seize eagle feathers and see what happens.
I have been known to take my revenge on a buzzard but only the stupid ones.
Unless the Eagle or other raptor is killing your pet, leave it alone.
