Just can't understand some of these impoverished Caribbean islands. You'd think they'd be flush with economic activity. Namely fishing industry, tourist industry. You'd think also, manufacturing corps would want to put some operations there. I dunno.

I agree, but the Carribbean has been impoverished and corrupt for centuries. I wouldn’t know where to begin to right all that’s wrong.
