Newt was saying that Price is being targeted by the left because he would be effective in dismantling Obolacare. That all of his travel was pre-approved and authorized.

As head of HHS Kathleen Sebelius used all the HHS shalls in Obamacare to mold it to what the Democrats wanted. Tom Price has had that same power since he was appointed head of HHS. Have you heard of him undoing any of the crap Sebelius decided? How about making a decision within Obamacare that would help dismantle it? No? Me either. And he had that power. Screw him.
