Dr Thomas Sowell has spoken about this very subject.He shares stories and gives amazing stats that strongly suggest that top schools aren't doing minorities any favors by admitting them when they are,in fact,only qualified to attend a 2nd tier school.He said,among other things,that the drop out rate for students who can't cope with the rigorous curriculum found in such schools is astronomical.

What’s sad is that the Caribbean Blacks in Britain are falling under the influence of American Hip-Hop culture.
They tended to be hard workers, but the current generation there isn’t much different than our ferals here.
