Everyone participating should be fired, fined and permanently banned from the nfl.
Any awards they have or recognition should be immediately revoked and they should be erased from the sport.

Agreed. It is no longer a game it is a con job.
Brutal. But I suspect you are right. The guilty do have to be called out, accused, named, and punished in some fashion, otherwise the public won’t let it go by.
