Hubby has a Chevy jacket, generic that was given him, I’ve sewn all his Navy patches on it. 20 yrs worth of them.
The obvious solution is smaller stadiums.
You can be pretty sure that the cameras will stay away from the crowd as much as possible. But, whenever the Pack scores a touchdown, look for the American flags waving when they do the Lambeau Leap.
But, the TV can always be turned off. No sunk cost there, in fact, I've gained hours and hours on the weekend. Went for a walk in the park with Mrs WBill last Sunday, while WBill Jr rode his bike all over the place. Way more fun than sitting on my butt in front of the TV.
I started moving away from the NFL last season and have cut it off completely this year. I've been surprised at how little I miss it.
Patriots vs. Paul Ryan. I’d pay to see that.
Maybe they should give-out tickets to antifa members , blm members and other assorted hate-filled, anti-American racist a**holes.
The NFL is locked in unity against their customers. That is just a brilliant business strategy. If I were the CEO of a company sponsoring the NFL, my next board meeting with the NFL would be seriously ugly. The stories of panic among the sponsors have been pretty successfully tamped down, I don’t think that’s going to have much success going forward.
And far less absorbent.
