Ginsberg should be removed from the bench. She’s made so many public statements confirming her bias, both ideological and political, that she doesn’t even have the pretence of impartiality.
The old girl can’t stay awake long enough to do the damage she would like. Her staff has to be propping her up, doing her job and hauling her to and from work in a wheel cart. I really don’t know how she is permitted to function outside of a medical facility while permanently incompetent.
