Justice Ginsburg: Sexism ‘Major Factor’ in 2016 Election [VIDEO]
Daily Caller ^ | 09/27/2017 | Amber Athey

Rose then asked if Ginsburg believed the role of sexism was “decisive” in Hillary Clinton’s loss–that is, if Clinton were a man, would she have won the election?

“There are so many things…there’s so many things that might have been decisive,” she hedged. “But that was a major, major factor.”

Ginsburg’s responses echo those of Clinton, who has many times blamed sexism for her defeat at the hands of President Donald Trump.

I would not vote for a male Hillary either. And does Ginsburg imagine that her sex had nothing to do with her nomination and confirmation to the SCOTUS?

She’s supposed to be a smart person, in which means that she knows better.

And is lying.

I agree sexism was a factor in this race, since many voted for HRC solely because she was female.

I’m sick of this. Two questions for all liberals:

1. Most conservatives supported - or at least thought highly of - Sarah Palin. Isn’t that proof that conservatives are not sexist?

2. Most liberals did not support Sarah Palin. Does that mean those liberals are sexist?

No, it was a failure. Hildebeeste tried to solicit votes on the basis of her genital plumbing, but could not gather enough to win.

She’s very hard of hearing -I know what that’s like. How is she supposed to engage with council during oral arguments before the court if she can’t hear and understand what is being said?

She’s right. We had “first woman president, history made” shoved down our throats the whole year. Sexism was pushed hard.

Phooey on you for mentioning Sarah Palin before I did. I STILL support her and firmly believe that SHE was the reason that McLame received as many votes as he did.
I’m an 82 year old WHITE male. Just give me the chance to vote for a “Sarah Palin” tyoe of any race, creed, or color.
Best of all, Sarah herself.

“Its time for a woman!” OK, I’ll vote for you. The next election I’ll vote for “He Who Dances With Horse” because its time for a native American, then the 1st Asian, 1st Hispanic, 1st (fill in the space.........) She is like Cancer, its tough to get rid of her.

Yeah, and if my aunt had balls she’d be my uncle. Hillary lost. Simple as that. She was a bad candidate with a bad message and the people want no part of it. Pound sand, Clinton.

Sexism is a contributing reason why Ginsberg is on the SC.

Note that Bill Clinton, an enormously more skillful and energetic campaigner than Hillary, maxed out n the 40%’s just like his wife. Bill “won” only because Ross Perot split off so much of the conservative vote (and the GOP ran tired/weak candidates). Hillary’s only legitimate complaint is that conservatives didn’t defeat themselves as is their wont; so unfair...

I think the Supreme Court should be replaced with robots programmed to make decisions based solely on the US Constitution and staunchly protected from being hacked. Maybe we should consider REAL robots for the Congress as well.

According to liberals, you're still a sexist. Just because.

Liberals just can't grasp that maybe you supported Palin, and not Hillary, because:
